When viewing the project stages tab, if the start date hasn’t been set, the text now reads “Not Started”.
When you enter a start date on a project stage, the stage status now automatically changes to “In Progress”.
When you set a project stage completed date, the status of the stage is now automatically set to “Completed”.
Dashboard
Archived projects are no longer included in the dashboard stats.
On the dashboard calendar, if the “Authority Extension of Time” field on the “Submissions” tab for a project is set, the calendar uses that date to show the item instead of the “Authority Decision Due” date.
Quotes
Bug fix: If you have “Client response to quote” and “Client response to all quotes” set in your account notifications, if you are the project owner, you no longer receive 2 notifications.
Reports
New stage owner invoices report added.
Clients
When viewing the “Invoices” tab, the “Invoice Notes” section now includes archived projects.
New field added – Company Registration Number.
Global Search
You can now filter the results returned when using the global search.
