Version 2.1.5 adds separate view-only permissions for quotes, invoices and reports.

Choose who can view quotes, invoices and reports

You can now give a team member access to a type of information without giving them permission to change it. Set these permissions to suit each person's responsibilities.

Three new view-only permissions

• View Quotes: Let a team member review all quotes without editing them.
• View Invoices: Let a team member inspect all invoices to check billing and payments.
• View Reports: Let a team member read reports without changing the underlying data or report settings.

Review your team's permissions and give each person the access they need for their work.
