July 2026 Update – Version 2.0.0

Version 2.0.0 adds local time zones, co-consultant quote requests and a choice of display themes.

Here's what has changed in this release.

Set your local time zone

Previously, PlanMan displayed all timestamps in UK time. You can now set your preferred time zone so dates and times match where you work.

Co-consultant quotes and file access

You can now request a quote from a co-consultant against a specific project.

• Request a quote: Send the request directly from PlanMan.
• Share project files: Give the co-consultant temporary access to publicly available project files so they can prepare their quote.
• Keep submissions together: Co-consultants can submit quotes, invoices and final reports in PlanMan.

The request, supporting files and submissions stay with the project.

Choose a light or dark theme

Choose the display setting that works for you.

• Light or dark: Switch between the two themes in the app.
• Automatic: Match your device's display setting.
